Chilled Water & Heating
Hot and cold water has many uses in commercial premises, ranging from heating and cooling systems, to kitchen areas and bathrooms, to fire safety. Fletchers can survey your property, take precise measurements, fabricate and install bespoke pipework and pump skid assemblies to carry water to all parts of your buildings. No job is too large. We work on projects from single-storey commercial premises to tower blocks and industrial facilities that need hundreds of metres of custom-made pipework. Our in-house engineers are Gas Safe Certified, allowing us to carry out work on gas heating and hot water systems without third-party contractors.
We understand the need for quick installation of pipework as part of larger refurbishments and fit-outs. To achieve this, we use offsite fabrication to produce sections of steel pipe to the specific dimensions of your premises. We use thin wall stainless steel, which is popular in the Utilities sector for its high corrosion resistance and lighter material weight. This is ideal for hot and cold water pipes, and means installation is faster and safer. We then assemble your bespoke pipework on-site, on time and on budget, as well as carrying out any final stages like flushing the system and filling it with its first supply of hot or cold water.
- All sizes of chilled water & heating installation carried out to high standards
- Gas Safe Registered and for work on gas/biogas heating
- Custom pipework made to measure, installed and commissioned to tight deadlines
- HVAC heater and HVAC chiller maintenance also available
In addition to our design and build capabilities, we can coordinate with other contractors as part of larger fit-outs and refurbs, although in many cases we have all the in-house capabilities needed to get the job done. We work with clients nationwide and can install hot and cold water and heating systems across multiple locations if required. Our expertise with thin wall stainless steel is widely renowned and we would encourage all clients to consider the benefits of this lightweight, robust and reliable material for pipework installations.
